I am running for Highway Superintendent, because it is time to upgrade our infrastructure and bring forward thinking leadership to how we maintain our roads and serve our residents.

My Mission is clear: accountability, transparency, and results-driven leadership. I want every taxpayer to know their dollars are being used wisely and effectively, delivering a highway department that's responsive, reliable, and proud to serve our community.

My Key Goals:

Restore Trust and Oversight
- Implement a strong truck and equipment
maintenance program from day one
- Ensure full transparency in the use of public funds
- Provide regular public records on projects, budgets, and progress

Strengthen Our Infrastructure
- Prioritize Solar Energy for the Highway Department -Conduct a comprehensive audit of all town roads and culverts
- Prioritize repairs based on condition and community need, not politics
- Pursue grants and partnerships to reduce the burden on taxpayers

Build Efficiency and Professionalism
- Shift from reactive patchwork to proactive maintenance
- Optimize equipment usage and crew deployment to lower waste
- Leverage my 40+ years business experience with my 20 years of government operations to deliver measurable results

Community Engagement
- Launch a "Report a Road Issue" portal for residents and businesses
- Hold monthly public meetings to share updates and hear feed-back directly

The highway department should reflect the pride, work ethic, and values of the Town of Lloyd. With strong leadership and a clear vision, we can deliver the roads, infrastructure, and accountability our community deserves.
