Years ago, I worked with my buyer’s mom, and she was also my son’s 4th grade teacher. Fast forward to now, and I had the privilege of helping her 25-year-old son buy his very first home.

We took our time finding the right place, and once we did, we got creative with the numbers. We negotiated a seller concession that helped cover a 2-1 rate buydown and closing costs, and when an HOA special assessment came up, we worked through that too and had the seller agree to cover it.

First-time home buying can come with a lot of moving parts, but having the right team and knowing how to structure the deal can make such a difference.

So happy for my buyer and so grateful to his family for trusting me to help with such a big milestone.
