Being a real estate agent in Littleton is pretty easy when everything goes according to plan.

But after nearly 30 years in real estate, I can tell you the real value of experience shows up when things don’t go according to plan.

The inspection uncovers a major problem. The sewer scope finds something nobody expected. The appraisal comes in low. Financing gets shaky. Or suddenly there’s an issue with an older home that nobody saw coming.

That’s when you need more than someone who can put a sign in the yard.

My background in real estate, mortgage lending, investing, and renovating homes means I’ve dealt with a lot of problems over the years. My job is to figure out the options, explain them clearly, and find a way to keep the deal moving when possible.

I love an easy transaction as much as anyone.

But the difficult ones are where experience really matters.
