AI can write the listing description, analyze the comps, and probably tell you what the house is worth…

But until it can open a lockbox on the first try while holding three signs, sweating in somebody’s front yard, and getting eaten alive by mosquitoes… I think Realtors are safe. 😂🔑🏡
