We just closed on a really cool historic home originally built in the 1890s near the DU area of Denver.

While the new buyers will most likely scrape the property and build a modern home similar to many others in the neighborhood, it’s always bittersweet seeing a piece of history transition to something new.

Congratulations to my sellers on achieving a fantastic price for their property 👏 and best of luck to the new owners with the exciting project ahead.

I actually looked at buying this one myself, but there just wasn’t a way to preserve the integrity of the house.

Zillow has the listings.
AI can estimate values.
Anybody can pull up market stats in seconds.

But real estate still comes down to people.

I’ve never seen AI walk through an older Littleton home and immediately spot a hidden remodel issue, bad flip work, or a future inspection problem.

I’ve never seen an algorithm negotiate with a seller, read the situation, or uncover what’s really motivating a deal behind the scenes.

The information is everywhere now.
