If you are trying to find affordability in Parker, you usually have to go further south and east. Stroh Ranch is a great example where you can still get lower prices, solid HOA amenities like pools and tennis courts, and relatively low taxes. The tradeoff is you are a bit farther from I 25 and will likely rely on Parker Road more often.

After a year or more of rates coming down, things have changed. And lately, mortgage rates have been climbing again. If that's made you wonder whether you should delay your move until they drop, you're not the only one.

The honest truth is that rates probably won't come down much until inflation cools off and some of the global uncertainty settles. And no one knows exactly when that'll be.
