Cole’s passion for Real Estate led him to the Landmark Realty Group after deciding to call Highlands, NC home. He studied at Florida State University and earned a bachelor degree in Communications. During his time at FSU, he interned and later worked for a top real estate firm in Tallahassee, FL. Upon gra

duation, Cole moved to Charleston, SC and began his professional career in commercial and residential remodeling and construction. During his 12 years there, he helped hundreds of clients achieve their renovation goals, which fostered a very successful referral business. His appreciation of art, coupled with an eye for smart design, allowed him to focus on the needs of his clients and help them make their dream homes a reality.
