In order to put my clients first, it is critical for me to be easily accessible, an effective communicator, a good listener, and responding to my clients needs as efficiently as possible. I received my BSBA from the University of Florida with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. I have a varied business background and have been self-employed since 1987. Over the years I have been involved in Real Estate, Insurance, Publishing, and the Music/Entertainment business. My varied background allows me to look at opportunities from both a logical/quantitative viewpoint, as well as, a creative one. As a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI), I feel an obligation for my clients to understand the implications of their financial decisions whether they are buying a primary residence, or an investment property.
