Your home will be cleaned efficiently between guests and we'll do all we can to assure that they want to return. We will work together to provide the look and feel for your special "home-away-from-home" vacation rental. MSM Properties is fully streamlined and rents are paid online and can be directly deposited into your account, with owner portals available for your viewing any time. At the end of each year you'll receive a 1099 tax statement showing your yearly income.
