193 inspections so far in 2026.

Some people see a number. I see 193 families who trusted us during one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

I see safety concerns identified before they became someone else’s problem. I see hidden defects brought to light. I see buyers gaining a better understanding of the home they’re investing in.

According to Mortgage Reports, homebuyers who get a thorough home inspection negotiate an average of about $14,000 in repairs, credits, or concessions. If that’s true, then the value created through these 193 inspections is measured in far more than just inspection reports.

Every inspection is an opportunity to help someone make a more informed decision, avoid unexpected expenses, and move forward with confidence.

We’re only halfway through June, and I’m grateful for every client, agent, and referral partner who continues to put their trust in Collins Inspections.

What’s up what’s up Realtors!
As I’m sure you are all well aware, Inspections are back. Our Schedule has been booking out roughly 2-3 weeks. If you have a client with an Accepted Offer in need of a Home Inspection, make sure you tell them to call and schedule ASAP. 7-10 day contingency windows are getting difficult to fulfill (especially when the client waits a few days to get the Inspection scheduled). It may be time to start considering 15-21 day windows. This week alone (Monday/Tuesday) we had 4 potential clients call that we were unable to assist as they needed an inspection this week or early next week. We are happy to help any way we possibly can, but only have so many time slots. Just something to consider. Congrats to all those Accepted Offers!!
