Yep, have another sweet Grandma house for sale in Bountiful! What makes it a Grandma house you ask? It's solidly build and had only one owner. Now is a good time to get together with friends and family and first of all... Hug them. Next, talk about what your plan is to prepare and protect when a disaster happens. The time to do this is now, not when you get the notice to evacuate.

Looking for a fixer-upper - maybe for investment to flip or to rent out or to make into your own great home without a huge mortgage? I have one on the market and open to be seen today, Feb 16th 1pm to 3:30pm in a really nice neighborhood in East Bountiful. 🛠️🧹🏠🤸‍♀️

Get this!! OVER 2700sqft!! 4 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, 3 BATHROOMS (one is a master bath with separatee tub and shower). What needs love? Solidly built in 1960 annnnnd kind of still looks like it with lots of wallpaper, some dirty old carpet, painted kitchen cabinets, and a lovely lovely peachy pink tiled main bath. Very peachy pink. Lots of tile.... Has a spot in the ceiling in the dining area that needs fixing. Roof is good (2015ish); Water heater, AC and furnace are still great; Water softener and stove are kind of deadish. 😆

It is open this afternoon (Feb 16th) and a mess. We had neighbors and investors begging to see it now. After today, if it doesn't sell, it will be off the market until the rest of the cleaning is done and then available to see in 10 to 14 days.

Soooo.... get over and see it if you want it or know someone who does.

Hmmmm...If you've been waiting to buy a place until rates go down, you better set up a time for us to meet and strategize. Things are happening with the rates right now! It can take 1 to 4 months to prepare your current home exit strategy, find a great house, get it under contract, and get keys. 🔑

What do you think other people think about buying are going to be doing? 🕵️‍♀️👩‍💼🏃‍♂️
What will more buyer competition for the great houses do to the prices? 🤺🏡💲
