Early in Nicole's career, Nicole was featured in RISMedia for Realtors on the Rise in August 2005, Realtor Magazine & "Thirty under Thirty" (30 agents across the nation that achieved a level of success at such a young age). Nicole was debuted in 2019 on the hit show on HGTV, "House Hunters," where she assisted a relocation client from New York find a home in the Central Ohio area. Nicole executes a state of the art marketing approach in which benefits a seller by engaging methods that not only expedites the amount of time to sell the home, but also maximizes the selling price. RON BARNHART
Co-owner and Manager of the Yoder Barnhart Team, Ron specializes in Residential / Commercial / Land acquisition and development. Ron became a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Ohio in 1996. He began his real estate career with a local company known as HER Realtors, in which he and his wife, Nicole Yoder-Barnhart, developed and managed a residential real estate team of 9 licensed agents. Within 3 years,Ron and his team had earned local as well as national recognition and honors for their sales volume and production. In 2004, Ron and his team were recognized among the top 1% in the nation for closed sales volume. Today, their team closes more than $52 million in volume sales per year. Over the course of Ron’s professional career, he has been involved in several transactions as a buyer/tenant and seller/landlord representative totaling more than $90 million in closed sales / lease volume. Ron is an active member with CCIIR (Columbus Commercial Industrial and Investment Realtors), Columbus Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Ron also is a member of various local Chambers of Commerce. When representing a client, Ron implements a highly advanced and aggressive sales / marketing strategy that create favorable results for his clients. KATHLEEN HANNA, Kathleen started in real estate in 1982 after she graduated from ASU. She moved to the Columbus area in 2002 and it didn't take long to become an OSU Buckeye fan. Shortly after Kathleen was licensed in Columbus, she joined the Nicole Yoder-Barnhart Team/HER Realtors. She has been with Nicole's team for over 12 years selling throughout the Columbus area. In 2019, Kathleen joined the 10 Million Dollar Club/Columbus Board of Realtors. In her spare time Kathleen enjoys playing golf, biking and spending time with her family which consists of her husband Sam, daughters Caitlin and Cara. Sharon has lived in Hilliard for over 25 years after relocating from South Carolina. She attended Coastal Carolina College in Conway,SC where she studied Accounting. She joined the Nicole Yoder-Barnhart team in 2009 as one of Nicole's buyers agents before moving into the role of closing coordinator and is currently the licensed office administrator. Sharon works closely with Nicole, her team members, buyers and sellers to assist in all of their needs. Sharon oversees all office responsibilities, works with all team members to assist with their needs. She reviews all listings and contracts to ensure they are complete with all required forms. She works closely with all parties including buyers/sellers, lenders, title and co-op agent from contract acceptance to scheduling closing to help ensure a smooth closing. Sharon is also relocation certified and a CTA(Certified Tour Ambassador) which allows her additional experience to help with all team needs. Sharon is also a licensed agent in Ohio. Sharon loves to spend time with her children and grandchildren and being apart of any activity they are involved in, especially watching her grandchildren play baseball/softball. She loves to watch football especially the Ohio State Buckeyes. A favorite hobby of her's is scrapbooking her family's photos. DARIN KENNEDY
Darin has been selling real estate since 1992 and has personally closed over 100 million dollars of residential volume. He specializes in not only the suburban NW Columbus areas, but also services the midtown Columbus areas of German, Victorian and Italian Villages. Darin exhibits a strong working knowledge of the Central Ohio housing market and understands fair & proper home pricing as dictated by current supply and demand trends. He is also very knowledgeable about financing options including first time buyer programs, Gov't programs (FHA/VA), and jumbo financing. Furthermore Darin is professional, exhibits confidence and has proven negotiation skills. Darin grew up in Hilliard, Ohio and attended the Ohio State University in Columbus. Nickie graduated from The Ohio State University in 2020 with a major in Marketing and a minor in Design Thinking. Nickie grew up in Dayton but has spent the last few years in Central Ohio and is currently living in Grandview. Nickie's passion for Real Estate stemmed from her believing that buying and selling real estate is one of the most memorable and special chapters of someone's life and it's her goal to help people with this process. Nickie uses her Marketing knowledge and skills from OSU to uniquely and effectively market properties to achieve her clients goals.
