Our Story

Born and raised in the Tampa area, Traci Queipo Alger has been working in and around the mortgage arena since 1989.

Being married to the military, Traci began with working in the field of Private Mortgage Insurance as an employee of GE Capital Mortgage Insurance in Raleigh, North Carolina where she grew an in depth knowledge of the mortgage process through her experience in the customer service department.

In 2002, she transferred that knowledge into the field of title insurance as a title processor working for companies in both Florida and then Maryland, when her family transferred there with the U.S. Navy.

With another military transfer leading her family back to Florida, Traci broadened her experience into the realm of insurance by obtaining her license for writing personal property insurance including homeowner’s and auto insurance policies.
