That’s a very reasonable question right now.

Higher rates can have a real impact on your monthly payment, and for some buyers, waiting may make sense. But rates are only one part of the picture.
It’s also worth looking at:

• home prices
• available inventory
• seller negotiating room
• your monthly payment
• and what competition could look like if rates come back down

There isn’t one right answer for everyone.

The better question is: What makes the most sense for you based on your budget, timeline and local market?

Happy first day of October! 🍂

This time of year always feels like a reminder that change can be a good thing. The leaves start turning, routines shift, and somehow October makes it a little easier to slow down and enjoy the fun stuff too—pumpkins, Halloween, candy, decorating, and letting the kid in us come out a little.

Real estate often comes with change too. A move can mean a new chapter, more space, a different neighborhood, downsizing, or simply deciding it’s time for something new.
