🚨The Highland County Land Bank is still accepting properties for the Building Demolition & Site Revitalization Program. If you own a property that is blighted, vacant, and in a state of disrepair, the Land Bank can offer assistance in demolition and site remediation services!
✅The property owner is required to pay just 25%, or no more than $2,500 of the total costs.
✅The property owner retains possession of their property with no post-demolition restrictions.
✅The property owner must be up to date on their property taxes.
