Hey everyone!

I’ve got a bit of a unique project going and could really use some help from folks who are currently on trail 👣

We’re working on recreating authentic Appalachian Trail signs (trailheads, iconic markers, unique signage, etc.) — the kind you only really notice when you’re out there hiking.

I’m looking for hikers who can:
• Snap clear photos of trail signs
• Include the location on the trail (mile marker, shelter, town, or notable landmark)
• Bonus if you can grab multiple angles or close-ups

This is all about capturing the real character of the trail — weathered wood, carvings, quirks and all.

I’ll be posting some of the signs we’ve recreated so far in the comments so you can see what we’re working on 👍
