Wallick Communities has been awarded funding through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency for the new construction of Fenner Ridge Apartments, an affordable housing community in Hillsboro, Highland County, Ohio. The community will include 56 units in 3 walk-up buildings and will offer 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. The community will also include a clubhouse with an exercise room, laundry facilities, computer center, kitchenette and Resident Service Coordinator. Additional features will include community-wide security cameras, washer/dryer hookups, playground and open space.
