Please be aware that Hampshire Downs will be undergoing parking lot resurfacing on July 17th, 18th, and 19th. Please refer to the map posted on your door for specific areas of focus on each day. If you have any questions or concerns about parking, please contact our office. Vehicles must be removed from the designated areas by 7am to facilitate the resurfacing process. Thank you for your cooperation during this essential maintenance.

Happy Independence Day!

As a reminder, we do not allow fireworks and/or sparklers to be used on the property. Please enjoy fireworks and sparklers off the property.

The Leasing Office will be closed on Thursday July 4th. We will reopen July 5th.
(Late Fees are extended to July 6th due to the bank holiday July 4th)

Happy Snow Day!
While the snow sure is pretty, Hampshire Downs will be closing early due to the weather conditions. We will be resuming normal office hours 1/14/24 as weather permits.

Reminder to keep your taps on drip, the cupboards beneath your sinks open, your heat on and stay safe out there!
