My name is Melodee Davis and I am a local Real Estate Agent from the Portland Metro Area. I grew up in Banks, Oregon which is a small town about 25 minutes from Hillsboro. I started out in real estate as an Executive Assistant nearly 11 years ago to one of the area’s top selling Realtors in Portland. Through those years of hard work and mentoring, I found a love and a passion for the industry that I still possess today. When I decided to get my Real Estate License back in 2009, the economy took a major downturn. Though the date on my license was new, I was able to use my years of early industry knowledge and experience to assist buyers in taking advantage of a rare opportunity. I studied all the rules & practices of buying & selling distressed properties (Short Sales & Foreclosures) and spent the next 4 years negotiating tough deals on behalf of my clients.
