Budget up to around $400,000. The ideal location would be between Blanchester, Wilmington, Martinsville, and Fayetteville.

2. Four-person family looking for 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, in the country with an acre or more, high-speed internet is a must, and a detached garage or pole barn is a bonus. Budget up to around $300,000. The ideal location is between Hillsboro and Wilmington, the northwest part of Highland County, or the southeast part of Clinton County.
