First to Blossom.....As a Real Estate Agent, there is excitement and eagerness to do the best job I can for my clients. There is a lot more to learn about Real Estate than can be taught on a piece of paper, which is why I've joined a wonderful team at Knipe Realty NW. Even though I am an indep

endent agent, I have a pool of 225 Knipe agents who I can reach out to at any time, as well as my Lender and Title partners. Having been in the Home and Service Industry for over 35 years before becoming a Real Estate Broker, my experience ranges from Custom Fabricator, Installer, Project Manager, Corporate Event Planner, Marketing Assistant, Administrative Specialist, Customer Service Specialist, Construction, Specialty Contractor and an Advocate for Adults and Children as well as Estate Sales. Being a Real Estate Broker seemed to make sense for the next step in my career. Secondly, the Pink Lady stays the longest on the tree.... As a Real Estate Broker my job is to ensure all contract time lines are followed precisely. This means I work long and hard hours to guarantee your transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible. Along the way I will answer any questions you may have, work diligently to meet the many deadlines to ensure we stay in contract, and be standing by your side as you receive the keys to your new home or hand them off to the new homeowners. Congratulations to my seller!!! It was tough but we got it done! While interest rates were high when we went on the market, feedback was excellent. However showings were sparse, once the interest rates started coming down, bam! multiple offers. While I negotiated the best price for my seller we agreed on price that was a win-win, unfortunately the buyers got cold feet and we fell out of contract. We went back on the market and BAM!! right back into contract, offer came in under asking but again I negotiated a win-win for my seller and we closed yesterday!!! Such a sweet family and a wonderful referral from a friend and was my mentor in Real Estate years ago. I'm so grateful that she trusted me with one of her own mentees years ago.
