While doing some market research today I noted that 270 homeowners/home builders in Washington County have reduced their list price $20k or more in the last 30 days. 91 of them were New Homes. There are a couple New Homes in Bethany that have reduced their asking price $200k. With this I have to believe the market is shifting towards a buyers market. We have not had this much inventory since October 2019.
