No homes had come on the market for over a year that worked for my sweet repeat clients. They bravely put their home on the market with the hopes that The One would pop. And no kidding, it did, just days later! We won the bidding war with smart terms and even ended up getting a new roof out of the deal! I’m a little sad I won’t get to see them and their adorable kiddos for awhile but CONGRATS to Matt and Cintia on your beautiful new home!

It is always such an honor when a client whom I helped buy their home, asks me to sell their home AND help them buy a new one! And so much fun to see all of the amazing improvements and upgrades they did over the last few years! Two kids and one dog later, it is time to level up!

This is the MOST challenging situation because sellers have to have faith that a home will come on the market while they are trying to get theirs sold, it is stressful. But we did it! Congrats to Matt & Cintia on your sale and thank you for choosing me again!
