Seven years ago I had the pleasure of helping a mother in California buy a home in Oregon for her son. We kept in touch over the years so when it was time to sell it, I was top of mind. The townhome/condo market is TOUGH right now. There were three of the same unit for sale in this small complex with very few buyers on the prowl. Price versus patience. This sale took a bit longer and thankfully it finally did sell. Thank you Nick and Oanh for your patience! I’m happy you get to be together again after all these years and thank you for hiring me!

Referrals mean the world to me! So when a long time friend and client called me to sell his girlfriend’s home, I felt very honored. Her home was her heart and soul, and beautifully decorated. With a few staging tweaks here and there, we maximized the home’s space and gorgeous finishes to wow the buyers! We snagged three offers in the first week! I wish I could say it was easy from there but unfortunately it was not. We went through not one but two sale fails. Those are emotional and frustrating for everyone. Thankfully, the third sale stuck and closed! A bittersweet closing as it was end of a wonderful chapter for my seller. Wishing you all the best in your next adventure Cheryl!

One of the hardest phases of real estate, is when a seller has to sell in order to buy their next home. Fortunately, these sellers were able to buy and THEN sell, making their lives easier and my job easier. My third time working with Simon and Dorothy, and I am sad that it is over because it is so fun to work with them! They worked tirelessly to get their home cleaned, prepped, repaired, and even let me do staging and photos before they moved all their furniture out to their new home. It all paid off, as we sold it quickly and for a great price in multiple offers. It truly is the prep going on the market that makes ALL the difference. Congrats Simon and Dorothy!

My third time working with Casey & Dylan and it has been so fun watching their girls grow up from mere babes to now entering Kinder and Pre-school! Casey was my assistant many moon ago and we’ve stayed fast friends ever since! They worked hard preparing their home for the market, getting every wall touched up, every repair nailed down, and packing away any unnecessaries for staging. Perfect trifecta resulted in a fairly quick sale! Congratulations and now we wait for the perfect new home to come on the market for you!
