Here we are again! I'm so appreciative of my buyers (first time home buyers) who are absolutely ecstatic about the home that they closed on this morning! It's been a bit of a wild ride looking for a place that checked off their boxes (affordable, close to town but allows them to have some livestock) but we found their needle in a haystack.

Also, we are so grateful and thankful for the Seller who offered the Buyers most of the items they used for staging, which will help get this young couple off to an even better start.

I'm so happy for my clients! They've been renting for two years since moving to NC. We lost one offer (it's hard to beat a cash offer in many cases) but the next one was a shot on goal!

Crafting an attractive offer is what I do best, and when you are aligned with your clients you pretty much know what they're looking for - and the search begins. Most times when settlement happens, (or closing day as some call it) it's truly a bittersweet day, because you know then that you won't be in touch with them as much as you had been.

In any case - congratulations to my Buyers! They now have a home in the exact location they were looking for.

You've probably heard that real estate agents can't go on vacation - something always seems to happen! Well, these buyers found a home, I had another agent from our office show it to them and they just couldn't wait to make an offer!

So off to work I went! I did my due diligence and research and we put together an offer that the seller couldn't refuse! So happy that my buyers will soon be in their new home.

When you team up with someone who listens to what your needs and wants are, and you create an offer that a seller can't refuse, it certainly makes for happy buyers (and sellers, too!)
