Close to 10 years ago, Kevin and I did my very first real estate deal together. I was the buyer’s agent, he was the listing agent, and somehow he accepted my offer 😄 Little did I know that was the beginning of watching such an incredible journey unfold.

Over the years, we’ve both come such a long way. From building our families, to growing our teams, investing in properties, supporting our communities, and helping so many people through real estate and beyond. It has been so special witnessing the life you’ve created, Kevin.

And now, seeing you and Tien celebrate your beautiful wedding at the iconic City Hall was such a full circle moment. The love between you two is so grounded, genuine, joyful, and inspiring. You can truly feel that everything you’ve built has been built through love and with love at the center.

BEAT an all-cash offer? ✔️🏡

And yes… we took our shoes off before walking through the house because you already know it’s an Asian household 😂👣

We were not the highest offer on this home and there was even an all-cash offer above us… but because of strong communication from and our incredible lending partner, the listing agent recommended the sellers work with us instead ✨

Less than 18 months apart and already best friends 🥹🤍

We always knew we wanted our kids close in age. Not just so they could grow up together, play together, and experience life side by side… but also because we figured one grade apart would make future school drop-offs a lot more efficient too 😂

When Kaizen was only 9 months old, we knew in our hearts it was the right time to welcome a baby sister into the world. And somehow everything aligned so perfectly.

Calvin actually wrote Brooklyn a letter the week we planned to conceive her 🥺 We went ALL IN on manifesting our baby girl. From cutting out red meat completely, to timing everything with the Shettles method, Chinese astrology charts, specific bed positions, and yes… even using ChatGPT to help us manifest a daughter 😂✨

And somehow… it worked.

Now watching Kaizen love on Brooklyn melts me in ways I can’t even explain. The kisses, cuddles, curiosity, protectiveness, and the way he already wants to be near her nonstop makes every sleepless night worth it.

Two under two is definitely wild… but honestly, it also feels like one of the greatest blessings ever. Watching these two grow up together is going to be the adventure of a lifetime 🤍

🙏🏼So thankful for our incredible Home Birth team for helping us bring Brooklyn earthside in the most beautiful, peaceful, and empowering way possible 🤍

Our second Home Birth somehow felt even more magical than the first (and 4x faster!). There’s something so powerful about trusting the body and the wisdom the universe designed within women to birth naturally. Being at home allowed me to move freely through labor, fully listen to my intuition, stay relaxed, and surrender to the process in a space that felt safe and familiar.

And yes… I gave birth to both of our babies right in our own bed 🥹 Having Kaizen there to witness his baby sister entering the world and meeting her moments after she was born created such a deep and sacred bond we’ll never forget.

Recovery was also incredibly fast, nursing and milk flowed easy, and I truly believe being in my own environment helped my body flow naturally postpartum. We also chose delayed cord clamping for a couple of hours so Brooklyn could continue receiving those final nutrients and support from the placenta 🌿

So beyond grateful for our amazing birth team: Midwives , our incredible doula , and photographer/videographer for capturing these beautiful memories we’ll cherish forever 🤍

Late Saturday evening, we received an inquiry that almost felt like a long shot… but sometimes those are the ones that turn into something truly special. By Sunday, we were sitting down with Jimmy & Kinyee, learning their story, understanding their needs, and building that trust that makes all the difference ✨
