What a week! 🏡✨

Ending this busy week on a high note with TWO closings today! 🎉🔑 Congratulations to my clients at 7208 Westover Way and 1201 Conrad Way as they officially close one chapter and begin another. ❤️

This week alone brought 3 closings, 3 new listings, and 2 homes under contract! Whew! 😅 I’m incredibly grateful for the trust my clients continue to place in me and for the opportunity to be part of so many new beginnings.

But before I officially call this week a wrap, I’m trading my Realtor hat for my “beach party planner” hat tonight! 🏖️😎 Our neighbors are getting together for our End-of-Summer Beach Party—because apparently when you live in a condo and don’t have a beach nearby, you just bring the beach to the lobby! 😂🌴🍦
