This one was pretty special. It was a 360 acre farm and homestead just over the bridge in the Cedarville area of the UP that has been in the same family for 125 years.

Being trusted with these transactions is just special. We worked on this one for exactly a year, and turned it over yesterday to a young family from Montana who plan to continue the farm's legacy.
