The room has under bed, closet and dresser storage space. The living room closet also is available for use.

Kitchen has all you need for cooking and eating. The trash is thrown out when full by anyone on the floor , large trash bins located in the side of house.

The rent is $275 a month.You pay first months rent and deposit of $275.$30 late fee if rent paid after the 1st. The only way I can reserve the room is by receiving first months rent. I accept Zelle.

Entry into the house is thru a coded keypad. The apartment is on the second floor. In the basement level there is two washers and dryers for use , all you need to buy is your own detergent.

Plenty of street parking is available because the street is mainly single family homes. You will never park more than a block away.

General Rules : No guests , no loud noise , always be mindful to people sleeping, clean what you use, do not touch other people’s clothes in the laundry room.

What you can find under 10 minutes walking I also have a bicycle you can use to go down the street :
Cvs pharmacy , Subway , Popeyes , supermarket , bus stop that takes you direct to New York Penn station.
