Today marks the official start of hurricane season, which means it's a good time to review or update your preparedness plan.
We recommend starting with the South Carolina Hurricane Guide, which includes information on evacuation zones and routes, emergency supply kits, flood and storm surge risks, insurance considerations, pet preparedness, power outage planning, and recovery resources.

Living in a beautiful coastal community comes with many perks, but it also means we can be vulnerable to hurricanes, tropical storms, and flooding. A little preparation now can make a big difference later.
