Excellent article on the state of real estate in the Hilton Head area right now. In some areas like Seapines and other communities offers have become more of a bidding war where everyone places their highest and best by a certain time. Having a Realtor/Broker working on a buyers behalf is extremely beneficial as we know homes coming on the market before they are listed and we also have a better idea as to what to offer with many homes selling for over list price. Working with a Broker is very beneficial for sellers because contracts are more complicated and many sellers may not know the market value of their home or how to present it properly. This is a Hot market right now!
