• Detached Homes: Median price rose 3.2% to $638,000.
• Condos & Villas: Sales volume jumped 9.3% over last year.

• The Speed Factor: Correctly priced villas move in just 18 days, while correctly priced detached homes sell in 29 days.

On my way home from a Sun City 🏡listing check this morning before the home inspection, I made a quick detour to Okatee River Farms to pick strawberries yum yum! So worth it…red, sweet, and juicy.

lol… check out the free-range chickens in front of my parked car in the photo below. You can take the girl out of the country, but not the country out of the girl. LOVE it!

Zero regrets. Highly recommend making room for the little detours in life 😉🍓
