Requirements
- Has or willing to get a SC real estate license.
- Self Motivated and interested in commercial real estate.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Commission based. (Opportunity for salary draw but will depend on experience)
- Willing to travel. Approximately 15-20 nights per year.
- This person will work directly with me to learn the business and enhance their knowledge and ability to succeed in the role.
