We focus our highly personalized, full-service management for your Palmetto Dunes or Shelter Cove vacation home or villa. Because we limit the number of properties available in each complex, our properties generally have occupancy higher than those with larger rental programs. Long Term Rental Management
We are an experienced source for long term (3-12 month) rental management. We offer detailed tenant screening, periodic inspections and complete move-in move-out services. Since 1983, our specialty has been personal service to a select number of properties in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. Allow us to design a package that will meet your needs.

Thursday nights at Shelter Cove have a way of turning into a pretty good evening.

Deas Guyz will be playing Music & Taste on the Harbour on October 15, from 6–9 PM.

Grab a bite from one of the participating restaurants, enjoy some live music, and spend the evening by the marina.

Admission is free, and canned-good donations for The Deep Well Project are encouraged. Bring a chair if you'd like a seat!

There's more to Hilton Head than the beach, and October is a great time to see that side of the island!

The 2026 Crescendo Celebration of Arts & Culture is bringing weeks of live music, theater, local art, history, and family-friendly events to Hilton Head Island throughout October and November.

The celebration's kickoff party takes place Wednesday, October 14, from 5–7 PM at Shelter Cove Community Park, featuring local artists, cultural organizations, and live music from Mark Rapp and the Soda City Band.

And that's just the beginning! Here are a few events worth marking on your calendar:

🎶 October 16 – Symphony Under the Stars at Lowcountry Celebration Park, 7:30 PM

🎨 October 17 – Italian Heritage Festival at Honey Horn, 11 AM–4 PM

🎸 October 23 – Crescendo Songwriter Show at Lowcountry Celebration Park, 6–8 PM

🏮 November 14 – Hilton Head Island Lantern Parade, stepping off at 5:45 PM along the beach

A little seafood, a little art, and a whole lot of Bluffton charm!

The Historic Bluffton Arts & Seafood Festival is back October 11–18, with the big Street Fest happening October 17 and 18.

Wander through Old Town Bluffton, check out work from more than 100 artists, grab some local seafood, and enjoy live music along the way.

In 1993, Hollywood came to Beaufort County, and a lot of locals got a front row seat. 🎬

Much of Forrest Gump was filmed in and around Beaufort, from the live oak roads to Hunting Island, where the marsh and woods stood in for Vietnam. The Woods Memorial Bridge in Beaufort shows up during Forrest's long run across America. 🏃

Locals worked as extras, watched trucks and film crews take over their streets, and then filled theaters in 1994 to spot familiar places on the big screen. The movie won Best Picture, and Beaufort has been proud of it ever since. 🌳
