Stopped by new location yesterday for the first time. This one is located off Buckwalter Pkwy at the new Washington Square development. We had the prosciutto, arugula, and fig jam flatbread. With a side of polenta fries. Delicious!

The latest numbers are in. Some pretty interesting nuggets to pass along:

- Hilton Head (+20%) and Bluffton (+6.2%) had more closed sales this year. Demand seems solid.
- However, median sales price has dropped in Bluffton (-9.7%). Hilton Head has lower inventory, but their prices remain strong (+3.4%)
- Days on Market have drastically increased for both. Hilton Head (+88.2%, 99 days) and Bluffton (+208%, 154 days).
- We’re seeing more inventory in both markets providing buyers with more options. Hilton Head (+15.6%) and Bluffton (+1.7%).

The new Parker’s Kitchen Gas Station is coming along quickly. This one is located off Hwy 170 across from Oldfield. The pic was taken yesterday morning. It’s back to sunshine & blue skies in the Lowcountry today through next week. ☀️

Attended a home inspection for some clients in Hilton Head Island today. Great home with many porches overlooking a lagoon view. Community is gated and has a pool and boat/RV Storage.
