Big changes coming to traffic flow on the North end of Hilton Head. Town Council unanimously approved a $125.8 million masterplan to overhaul William Hilton Parkway (US 278) from Jenkins Island through the Stoney neighborhood. Features include a flyover bridge with roundabouts at Spanish Wells and Wild Horse Roads, plus intersection reconfigurations.
