For over a decade, this sign has hung in my office.

There will always be a reason why you meet people.

I believed that when I bought it.
I understand it now in a completely different way.
And on the days when I felt like nothing I was doing mattered, this reminded me that it did.

Some people come into your life and change everything.
And sometimes you are the one meant to make the difference.

This has been a turning point for me.
Walking away from something I helped build was not easy. It mattered to me. It still does.

But I also knew it was time.

So here I am.

And many of you have been asking what is next for Tina.

I have stepped into a new opportunity working alongside Ronnie Matthews and the Mike Seder Group. We are building something intentional, focused, and built for agents who know they are capable of more and are ready to go after it.

I’m stepping back into what I do best.
Being in the room.
Helping people think bigger and move faster.
That is where I am at my best.

And maybe you are right where you are supposed to be… even if it does not feel like it yet.

Today I celebrate my Anniversary as a KW MAPS Coach.

When I first said yes to coaching, I thought it meant guiding others with what I already knew. What I have learned is that coaching is far less about what I know and far more about what the other person can discover within themselves.

Here are a few lessons this journey has taught me:

1. Coaching is not about answers, it is about trust.
I thought my value was in providing solutions. The truth is, real coaching requires trusting the process, trusting the client, and trusting that the right question at the right time is more powerful than any prescription.

2. Listening builds more than strategy, it builds belief.
Early on, I thought coaching was about charts, models, and numbers. Today I know it is about creating space where someone feels deeply heard. That kind of listening does not just build clarity, it builds confidence and relationship.

3. Accountability is an act of respect.
I once thought accountability was about holding someone’s feet to the fire. Now I know it is about holding up a mirror with both care and candor, because I trust who they are becoming enough not to let them play small.

4. Coaching grows the coach too.
What I did not expect was how much this role would shape me. Coaching has forced me to deepen my own clarity, sharpen my own leadership, and trust my own voice at a higher level.

If I could sum it up: Coaching is not a transaction of knowledge. It is a transformation built on trust.

To every leader and agent who has trusted me with your journey, Thank You. You have reminded me that the most powerful growth happens not when we give someone direction, but when we give them the courage to trust who they are and who they are becoming.

Here is to another year of breakthroughs, courage, and transformation. ❤️
