We are pleased to welcome Nancy Baiocchetti Herbst to our growing team of valued realtors. She and her family moved here from Connecticut in 2018 and immediately became involved in charity events and other community work. Nancy is a true professional, having owned an insurance company in Connecticut for 30 years while contributing her many talents and interests to the welfare of her community. They include; Board of Directors for Habitat for humanity, Certified Carpenter, Property Manager, financial support of a local food shelter and personally preparing weekly meals for approximately 70 people. In the past few years Nancy has bought and sold over thirteen home and has been President of her HOA. Her focus on putting client’s needs first along with her knowledge and experience help clients navigate the investment and homeowner’s market.
