From an old bank to 50 beds for our community!

In 2022, Sea Pines approached the team with a need for additional workforce housing by spring 2024. The solution: take an old two-story bank near Sea Pines Circle, expand it by roughly 4,000 square feet, and rethink the building entirely.

Today, the 10,000+ square-foot property includes eight separate units, each with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and its own kitchen — providing housing primarily for Sea Pines’ visiting visa students and seasonal workforce.

A pretty unique example of taking an existing property and finding a completely new use for it.
