📈 Inventory is up 13.2% compared to April 2025, giving buyers more options than they've had in quite some time.

⏳ The average days on market has increased from 88 days to 117 days — a 32% increase. Homes are still selling, but buyers are taking more time and being more selective.

💰 The median sales price has adjusted from $465,000 to $449,500, showing that pricing your home correctly from the start is more important than ever.

📉 Closed sales are down 22.2% year over year, which means sellers need more than just a "For Sale" sign.
