Congratulations to some of my favorite, most down to earth people on a double sale!!

After moving here from Arizona on a VERY tight time frame they decided Indigo Run wasn’t for them so we found the most peaceful and gorgeous house out in Rose Hill. Simultaneous closings on the same day can be tough but we made it happen and I couldn’t be happier for them and their new stunning location.

Did you know? When Rose Hill reduced its original 27-hole layout to 18 holes, some of the land from the closed nine holes was repurposed. Parts of that former golf course have become open green space with walking opportunities for residents, rather than being returned to active golf. The community also has parks and nature trails in addition to the remaining 18-hole course.
