I received two quotes for the ponds from McCloud Aquatics.
One is for the initial restoration of the two ponds. Just under $24,000
The second is for yearly maintenance.
About $6300.
We probably should get two more quotes but it is a good idea of what needs to be done.

I took a couple photos of the Big Pond today. There is some algae near the shore around the perimeter of the pond. Nowhere near as much algae as what’s in the small pond. And the big pond is 4 times the size of the small pond. I think we need a pond expert to look at both ponds and make a determination as to what should be done. Please contact Pathway, especially if you are one of the 5 homeowners on the small pond! There contact info is in the photos.

I took these photos yesterday of the SMALL Pond. It’s really in bad shape.

Is there also issues with the big pond? I’m confused by some of the comments. People are not specific about which pond. We all need to be on the same page when talking to Pathway and Lennar.

The small one has major algae. It has never been cleaned up. The cat tails are 6-8 feet tall, there is bugs everywhere and you can’t tell where the water starts and the land ends. It needs mowing and major clean up.

We waited 18 months for street signs but they put the wrong names on the signs. Good to see stop signs though.

This is HOA property at the N/E corner of Sycamore and Praire. Glad to see grass but it needs mowing and maintenance. Our HOA fees should be taking care of this. Where is Pathway?
