Almost TWO YEARS in the making… and we finally made it to the closing table! 🎉

This was definitely not your typical real estate transaction. There were a LOT of obstacles along the way, with probate creating challenges that required patience, persistence, and plenty of problem-solving. But we didn’t give up. 💪

Through all the delays, unexpected hurdles, and twists and turns, we kept working toward the same goal — getting my buyer into his new home.

And one of the best parts? ❤️ We were able to get him early occupancy, allowing him to move into the home while we continued working through everything necessary to get to closing.
After nearly two years, the day finally came…

This seller came to me through a referral from an agent in Florida, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to help her during a major transition in her life.

My heart is overflowing with joy for my seller. When I first met her, she was carrying a weight that no one should ever have to bear. She had recently experienced the devastating loss of her fiancé. This home wasn't just a property, it was their vacation home, filled with memories they had created together and dreams they had planned for the future.

After such a heartbreaking loss, returning here became too difficult. I still remember sitting with her as tears streamed down her face. I held her hand, gave her a hug, and told her I would do everything I could to help her through this process.
