Bittersweet closing day! 🤍

Today we closed on the Satterfields’ home, and they’re officially headed off on their next adventure!

Sabrina and Anthony came to me back in July and told me they were possibly considering a move, and we planned to get together at the beginning of August. Well, two weeks later, I got the call… they got the job offer and needed to be moved by September!

In a market where homes are sitting longer than normal, I knew we had our work cut out for us. So, we got to work! I gave them a to do list to get the house photo and market ready, gave them my best advice on pricing, and they did every single thing I suggested.

We listed, had countless showings, and got it UNDER CONTRACT in just 16 DAYS! 🙌🏼 Absolutely incredible in this market, but with competitive pricing, the right preparation, and a whole lot of teamwork, we made it happen!

Sabrina, Anthony, Ellie & Bo, thank you for trusting me, listening to my suggestions, and allowing me to be part of such a big transition for your family. I’m so excited for you guys and this new adventure you’re about to embark on together! 🏡❤️
