Just Sold — Off Market! 🏡✨

This one was such a great reminder of just how important relationships and local connections are in this business.

This deal came together through a yoga connection and a friend I used to work with at lululemon, whose sister was looking for a home. A few South Shore connections later, we were able to put together an off-market deal and get it done. ❤️

One piece of advice when choosing an agent: work with someone who truly knows the area—and the people in it. Being deeply rooted in the South Shore communities I serve continues to create opportunities for my clients that you won’t always find on the market.

Just Sold in Norwell! 🏡✨

Almost a year ago, I met these buyers at one of my open houses in Weymouth. At the time, they thought Weymouth was where they’d need to focus to stay within budget. We stayed patient, took time to understand the market, and waited for the right opportunity.

Nine months later, that opportunity came along in Norwell. 💙

This home had been sitting for a bit, and instead of seeing a house everyone else passed on, my clients saw potential. We were able to negotiate a $10,000 seller credit at closing, making their dream home even more attainable.
