This one was such a great reminder of just how important relationships and local connections are in this business.

This deal came together through a yoga connection and a friend I used to work with at lululemon, whose sister was looking for a home. A few South Shore connections later, we were able to put together an off-market deal and get it done. ❤️

One piece of advice when choosing an agent: work with someone who truly knows the area—and the people in it. Being deeply rooted in the South Shore communities I serve continues to create opportunities for my clients that you won’t always find on the market.
