May is ALS Awareness Month 💙 and there is still no cure.
ALS has been known for over a century, and despite decades of research, we are still fighting for a breakthrough.
Many of us remember the original Ice Bucket Challenge in 2014,how it brought the world together to raise awareness and millions for research. But the fight didn’t end there.
That’s why we’re keeping it going every year, until there is a cure.
Last year, the fundraiser raised $14,000 for , and friends of Team Katie at Callahan Construction added another $17,000, all going toward research and hope.
This year, we’re doing it again to raise funds and awareness for a disease that may not be incurable, but is still deeply underfunded.
