June's cocktail of the month: Tinto de Verano 🍷🍊

We brought in a guest mixologist this month, Miguel, to walk us through this Spanish summer classic.

The recipe:
🍷 3 oz red wine (we used a Spanish rioja)
🥤 2 oz 7up
💧 1 oz soda water
🍊 Orange slices to garnish

Pour over ice, stir, and pretend you're on a patio in Madrid. Cheers!

484 acres along the Weymouth Back River, with river shoreline, wetlands, open fields, dense woods, and plenty of wildlife (you'll likely spot deer 🦌). It's one of my favorite reasons to call the South Shore home.

Congratulations to my clients on the purchase of 428 Main St in Hingham.

Many residents may remember this home during the holidays, as they traditionally installed soldier and drummer statues on their side lawn. The soldiers are going with the owners to their daughter's home in another state to carry on the tradition.

The new owners will be raising their family in this home, and it's a bit of a homecoming for them. The wife grew up in town, just 4 doors down from my family's home!

Welcome back, and I hope you make many wonderful family memories in this iconic home!
