It is a rare multifamily asset in a village center with exceptionally limited supply, and it fits our strategy of owning high-quality properties in walkable urban-suburban communities with strong schools and convenient access to transit.

107 S. Grant joins the portfolio we own and manage directly. Our in-house property management team handles the day-to-day, delivering responsive service to our residents and transparent reporting to our investors.
