Out of all my years of working on my health and trying to stay with a healthy weight, this year has been the best year yet as I found the secret sauce. This time around I hyper focused on toning as opposed to doing a lot of cardio. I have also took a lot of dietary restrictions seriously and maintained my four days a week in the gym.

I’ll be turning 47 in a few weeks. December 28🎉🎂. And I have never felt better. The gym has been a stress relief and energy boost with the benefits of looking & feeling beautiful. 🤩
