Today, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who showed extraordinary courage, and the families forever impacted.

25 years later, the strength, unity, and resilience shown that day continue to inspire us.

Update for our Integra Vistas Community: our team continues to work one-on-one with every resident affected by the fire, relocation and resource support remain our priority. The Leasing Office is continuing to accept and house donations; however, residents are encouraged to create Walmart and Amazon wish lists, too.

There is a large amount of incoming traffic to the community and we ask that all authorized personnel and insurance adjusters please check in at the Leasing Office. We recognize the disruption this can cause and thank you all for your patience and support.

Please be sure to continue to monitor your resident portal and email as regular updates are being shared via both modes.

Thanks to all who have opened your heart and hands to our residents in need. Your generosity and graciousness have been a welcomed blessing in such a time of need.🫶

With heartfelt gratitude, we want to recognize the incredible efforts of all first responders who answered the call last week.

The recent heartbreaking event at our community deeply impacted many of our residents and their homes. While the damage was extensive, we are incredibly grateful that every resident was accounted for and safe. We are especially thankful for the swift, courageous actions of our local first responders, whose dedication and bravery helped protect lives and prevent even greater devastation.

⭐️ The Chattanooga Fire Department and Chattanooga Police Department arrived with an extraordinary level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication. They worked tirelessly for hours in challenging conditions, coordinating evacuations, battling the flames, and providing support to our residents and team members throughout the incident.

⭐️ To the firefighters who stood on the front lines, the incident commanders who guided the response, and every person who offered a helping hand — THANK YOU. Your bravery, kindness, and commitment to serving others remind us what community truly means.

⭐️ CFD Supply, CFD Investigations, CFD command staff, CFD Training Division, Hamilton County EMS, CPD, Hamilton County 911’s Incident Dispatch Unit, and the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Rescue Service’s rehab unit, we THANK YOU.

We are incredibly grateful to Olive Garden for generously providing lunch for our residents who were impacted by the fire in Building 188. Their kindness and support are a reminder that no one has to face difficult times alone.

HIXSON HAS HEART. 💚

The strength of a community is found in the way we show up for one another—and the Hixson community is showing up for Integra Vistas Apartments. We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming outpouring of kindness and support from our residents, neighbors, local organizations, and the entire Hixson community during this time.

For all residents who have been impacted, the following resources are available:

💧 Water & Non-Perishable Supplies — Thanks to the incredible generosity of Lowe's Home Improvement, bottled water, buckets, garbage bags, and other essential non-perishable supplies are available for residents in need.

🐾 Pet Supplies — A special thank you to Petco for supporting the beloved pets impacted by this tragedy. Thanks to their generous donation, cat and dog supplies are available, including pet food, beds, toys, leashes, litter, treats, and other essential items to help care for your furry family members.

📦 Hatching Hope Boxes — Need everyday household essentials? Due to the love from Hatching Hope, we have boxes containing basic necessities available for residents while supplies last.

📍 For the resources listed above, please visit the Integra Vistas Leasing Office between 8:30am - 5:30pm.

❤️ Community Donations - Thanks to the support of Berean Baptist Church - Hixson and its congregation, an abundance of donated essentials is available for those impacted. Items include clothing, baby essentials, diapers, toiletries, shoes, outerwear, household necessities, and much more. Truckloads of donations will continue to be delivered from the church to the Integra Vistas Leasing Office. However, if you're able, we encourage you to visit the church directly. They have received such an overwhelming amount of donations that many items cannot be housed at the leasing office.

Yesterday, our Capital Square Living family experienced a heartbreaking event at Integra Vistas in Hixson, TN.

💙 We are incredibly grateful to share that no residents were injured. However, more than 40 families were impacted by a devastating fire, that was unfortunately caused by a lightning strike. Our thoughts, prayers, and love are with every resident during this difficult time.

❤️ We extend our sincere gratitude to the Chattanooga Fire Department, Police Department, and EMS for their heroic response. Their courage, professionalism, and quick actions helped contain the fire, protect our residents, and provide immediate medical assistance.

💙 Thank you to the Hixson community for the overwhelming outpouring of love, support, and donations. Your kindness has been truly humbling.

❤️ A special thank you to the American Red Cross for their swift response and unwavering support during this time.
