Throughout my real estate career I have personally trained and certified over a dozen Tennessee and Georgia licensed agents into relocation programs and mentored others in cultivating their careers. Very true statement

Cut-rate deals always sound smart… until you realize what actually got cut.

Discount brokers love to pitch: “Same service, lower fee.”

Airlines say the same thing: “Same destination, cheaper ticket.”

But anyone who’s flown Spirit or Frontier knows the truth.

You technically get there, but the experience?

Miserable.

Selling your home isn’t any different (other than it is WAY more important than a flight)

You think you’re saving on commission, but what you’re really cutting are the things that make you the highest price possible:

Professional marketing, photos, videos, social media ds, skilled negotiation, constant follow-up, and the expertise to keep a deal from blowing up at the finish line.

A strong agent doesn’t just “list your house.”

They position it to sell fast, attract stronger offers, and negotiate the kind of deal that puts more in your pocket overall than the “savings” from a discount fee ever could.

Your home is your biggest asset and you will only sell 3-4 max in your lifetime.
