As a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations knowing that buying and/or selling a home is complex and very personal. I take great pleasure and satisfaction helping others find their forever home or matching a client to their perfect agent to help them reach that goal. Prior to real estate, I was in the US Navy where I served our great country. It taught me the discipline it takes to remain calm in negotiations as well as building the best team around me for when the going gets tough. I take pride in giving back to the community and have worked with both Boy & Girl Scouts of America, made meals and distributed to the local homeless community, donating time in helping give eye exams at nursing homes and elementary schools, and worked religious retreats. Throughout my real estate career I have personally trained and certified over a dozen Tennessee and Georgia licensed agents into relocation programs and mentored others in cultivating their careers. I truly love seeing the drive and determination that I can help instill in others to become successful.

Cut-rate deals always sound smart… until you realize what actually got cut.

Discount brokers love to pitch: “Same service, lower fee.”

Airlines say the same thing: “Same destination, cheaper ticket.”

But anyone who’s flown Spirit or Frontier knows the truth.

You technically get there, but the experience?

Miserable.

Selling your home isn’t any different (other than it is WAY more important than a flight)

You think you’re saving on commission, but what you’re really cutting are the things that make you the highest price possible:

Professional marketing, photos, videos, social media ds, skilled negotiation, constant follow-up, and the expertise to keep a deal from blowing up at the finish line.

A strong agent doesn’t just “list your house.”

They position it to sell fast, attract stronger offers, and negotiate the kind of deal that puts more in your pocket overall than the “savings” from a discount fee ever could.

Your home is your biggest asset and you will only sell 3-4 max in your lifetime.

Do you really want the bargain-bin version of representation handling it?

It's official. 🎉 Today, confirmation was received from the National Park City Foundation that our application has been approved — officially making Chattanooga the first National Park City in North America.

The journey toward this designation began in late 2023 and was shaped by thousands of residents, community leaders, businesses, and nonprofit partners.

The city will host a celebration on Saturday, April 19 from 12 to 7 p.m. on the Chattanooga Green featuring local artists + a presentation with the creator of the National Park City movement, Dr. Daniel Raven Ellison.
