Most people don’t get into real estate investing for one simple reason:
They’re overwhelmed.
Too many strategies.
Too many opinions.
Too much noise.
Wholesale. Flip. BRRRR. Short-term rentals. Creative finance.

They do what most people do…
They wait.

Keep it simple.
Focus on deals that fit into one of three buckets:
• Wholesale → quick cash
• Flip → active income + bigger margins
• BRRRR → long-term wealth
Then do this daily:
• Talk to sellers
• Underwrite deals
• Make offers
Not perfectly.
Consistently.
That’s the game.
Not complicated.
Just not easy.
