Some closings just feel a little extra special. ❤️

These two are actually my neighbor’s parents, and I’m so happy I got to be part of this next chapter for them. They moved here to be closer to their grandbabies, and now they get to make so many memories together in their new home.

And honestly, that’s one of my favorite parts of what I do, getting to be a small part of the moves that are about so much more than just buying or selling a house.

Congratulations to you both! I’m so excited for you and all the family time, holidays, grandbaby visits, and memories that are ahead. 🏡❤️
